Marie Lexa, Business Strategist & Coach, empowers entrepreneurial women to build thriving businesses and lifestyles entirely on their own terms. Marie is passionate about redefining success and leveraging talent and creativity to create a life in which freedom, money, and balance are abundant. She believes that a woman can “have it all” and should not need to compromise on any of her desires. Marie’s background is in strategy consulting, after graduating from London Business School. She has learned from and worked with leaders in the industry, including Marie Forleo, Amy Porterfield, Stephanie Nickolich, Emily Williams, Dani Watson, and Jacqueline Hurst.
Marie Lexa – Business Strategy & Coaching – is born in response to a number of issues faced by smart, educated, talented, and ambitious women today: lack of work-life balance, lack of time to prioritise themselves (as well as their health/ fitness/ nutrition), lack of career fulfillment, and lack of time to spend time with family, children, and friends.
Social pressures to “have it all” and perform at the top in every dimension of life (work/ body/ family/social life) are real and can lead to frustration and the feeling of never being enough. This is certainly not the way it should be and there are solutions: I empower women worldwide to find their flow and real calling to build a thriving business and an abundant lifestyle that fits your ambitions and give you the flexibility to prioritize according to your own needs, not someone else’s.
Flow is that amazing feeling of being “in the zone” when you are totally immersed in something that you love doing. It reflects your true passion and calling, and is in my opinion what work should be about! When you find your flow, the boundaries between work and life get blurred, you excel at what you do and reap immense satisfaction from it.
Working with me
One of our core focus’s is building a community of strong and like-minded women worldwide, who empower and support each other. As such, I love hearing from women who would like to collaborate in any shape or form: for guest blogging, event speaking and organizing, or product collaborations.
